Comment Period on eviction proposal for Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) tenants involved in criminal activity

At ANC meetings, civic association meetings, police service meetings, and with each other, neighbors express concerns about criminal activity at homes participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8). On July 9, the DC Housing Authority opened up a comment period on its proposed rule concerning eviction of HCVP tenants involved in criminal activity.
