If you are not hanging out at the Townhall Education Arts and Recreation Campus (THEARC) in Congress Heights you should be - like right now.  From everything from ballet to yoga,  THEARC has some of the best performances, programs and classes the District has to offer - right here in our community and they are WORLD CLASS!

If you haven't yet paid a visit to THEARC then you should - soon- you can start your journey today by checking out their website, http://www.thearcdc.org/ and now you can also stay up to date on their BLOG (yippee!), http://www.thearc2010.blogspot.com/.  The Advoc8te checked out the blog and it is really awesome.  Lots of information and posts by youth with the Summer Youth Jobs program that is spending the summer working with THEARC Theater.
