The Hive is a brand new, fully renovated, professional workspace equipped with two conference rooms, plasma TVs, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi access, and plenty of on-street parking!
We have several membership levels to meet your needs:
EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP
$525/month - $575/month (1-year lease)
This option works for individuals and companies who need a dedicated work space, but do not need a full office suite. Members have 24-hour, 7-days-a-week, and 365-days a year use of The Hive.
Monthly rate includes:• A fully furnished private office
• Locking file storage
• Access to Professional Receptionist
• Private Phone with voicemail
• Free High Speed cable Internet access
• 16 hours a month free “peak- time” conference room access
• Access to the fully equipped break area
• Video Conferencing Capability
• Mail and package delivery
• Receiving e-faxes and local e-fax sending
• Priority leasing of dedicated off Street parking at the added monthly rate of $75. Hybrid Cars $60 a month
$400/month* (6-month lease)
This option is ideal for those who spend a good portion of time outside of the office, yet also require a dedicated office space. With this option, individuals or organizations have a dedicated desk with a private phone line. Associate members have 24/7/365 access to The Hive.

• Locking file storage
• Access to Professional Receptionist
• Private Phone with Voicemail

• 8 hours a month free “peak- time” conference room access.

Everyone has to start somewhere, and the Affiliate Membership option is perfect for part-time entrepreneurs with full-time jobs. Affiliate members have a professional work address, receive mail/faxes, and have 24/7 access to the second floor Wi-Fi Lounge.
