Search warrant executed on Bryan Talbott and Chester Ransom of Esquire Federal City
The Advoc8te was pleased as punch to receive this email from the United States Postal Inspection Service regarding the ongoing investigation into Brandywine Crossing Condominiums former property management company,

This is a general message to let everyone know that yesterday, May 2, 2011, a search warrant was executed on Bryan Talbott and Chester Ransom's residential property in Washington, DC as well as their office located at 1411 K Street, Washington, DC. The warrant was executed as part of a joint investigation including the United States Postal Inspection Service, FBI, IRS and DC Office of Tax Revenue. I want to thank all of you for your assistance in this investigation. As the investigation continues and further progress is made I will continue to let you all know the status of the case.
