The Salvation Army, Safeway Inc, and SunTrust Bank will be hosting the Eleventh Annual Safeway Feast of Sharing at the new Washington Convention Center on Wednesday, November 23, 2010 ( see Attached Flyer).   They are asking us to get the information out to our senior constituents, churches, senior housing residences and especially to individuals and families in need.

The program will offer a complete sit down Thanksgiving meal, opportunities to explore the possibility of gainful employment; health screenings; and also information on achieving and maintaining good health.   The Office on Aging will be there to provide information and assistance to seniors.

They will be providing limited transportation pick up points at several Safeway Stores in Washington D.C.

There is no need to RSVP this event.
