documents the many changes that Washington, DC has experienced since 1991. After living here for 22 years, he has come to realize the city is chocolate no more. The final curtain is beginning to draw on the black majority. This exhibit puts forth a small selection of the scenes he has captured. The included images attest to the special relationship he has formed with the city.
