DC apartments starting at $700/month...in Wards 7 + 8!
The Advoc8te's spidey senses (and Google Analytics) tell me that
Congress Heights on the Rise is a little more popular today than usual. Perhaps it has something to do with
this post? ;)
Whatever the reason, The Advoc8te thought it would be a good idea to repost some of the current rental opportunities available east of the Anacostia river in zip codes 20020 and 20032. You should be able to do a basic internet search to find more.
Disclaimer: The Advoc8te hasn't visited most of these places so I can't promise they don't have an income restriction or are close to metro but hopefully they will pique someone's interest (regardless of income or where they currently live). Everyone needs and deserves a happy (and affordable) place to call home. Hopefully more people will see wards 7 and 8 as a viable option.
There are plenty of things to love about Ward 7 and Ward 8 -- namely the people who call this place home and the small businesses that line the tree-lined streets. Don't be afraid to be curious! Come check us out! There is a lot of #SoutheastLove here and more to go around!
XOXO
