A police report,  first reported by NBC4, describes Barry becoming angry after a teller at the PNC Bank located at 833 7th St. NW told him his account was overdrawn as he tried to make a "large cash withdrawal."  

A furious Barry threatened the teller, according to the report.  

"You always give me a hard time," Barry said, according to the report. "I'm going to have somebody waiting for you when you get off, you bitch."  

Barry allegedly went further, tossing a garbage can over a security wall, wrecking a security camera in the process. The report estimates that the damaged camera is worth between $500 and $1,000.
