Two furnished rooms will be available by the Congress Heights metro in SE DC on June 1. Our house is 5 blocks from the metro. Several lines of buses are nearby too. The two rooms are in a 2-apartment building. The bigger room is in a 5-bedroom (with 3 bathrooms) apartment, and the small room is in a 3-bedroom apartment. The big room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, chairs and nightstand. The rent is $675 per month, that includes utilities of water, gas, electricity and WIFI. The small room is furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, chairs and nightstand. The rent is $575 per month, that includes utilities of water, gas, electricity and WIFI. No pets, no smoking. Parking is free (off-street or street-parking in front of our house).
