The corner of Good Hope Road and Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue has had a storied life. There was the mural to honor murdered children, a public art project, a cave-in, another public art project and now the site along with several adjacent storefronts are under development. A community evolves in many different ways so it’s interesting to see how this site’s next chapter will play in the role of Historic Anacostia’s story. Including some recent snaps.
