Critical Missing | Quintell Carter, 12 last seen Jan 19, 2025

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Quintell Carter, who was last seen in the 1700 Block of 29th Street, SE on Sunday January 19, 2025.

Quintell Carter is described as a black male, 5’4” in height, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

He was last seen wearing a black Timberland jacket and yellow Jordan shoes.
