“Calvary Women's Services is expanding its housing and services to meet the needs of more homeless women in the District of Columbia. We are seeking someone who is passionate about empowering women and excited to bring their skills, experience and leadership to the position of Data and Performance Manager.
As the Data and Performance Manager, you will manage multiple client databases ensuring that data is entered accurately and on time. You will collaborate with program, development and operations leaders to develop and report on key performance indicators that will inform organizational goal setting and decision making.
A successful candidate is a team player with a passion for data systems, analytics and reporting. You are analytical, detail-orientated and able to work independently on projects. You also will work closely with program staff to enforce data collection procedures and standards.
This is a full-time position, hybrid position (working in Calvary’s offices three days per week) with a competitive salary and generous benefits.”
