Successful candidates will have at least one year of administrative or office experience, preferably in a box office or public event setting, and have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience is strongly preferred, and previous experience with ticketing systems is helpful.

Assistants are expected to feel comfortable providing service to the public, solving problems, and being a source of calm in a busy office. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, as is the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Basic Microsoft skills required.
