POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Associate Director of Human Resources will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Finance Department in a variety of manners.  The Associate Director of Human Resources’ main responsibilities will focus on overseeing general human resources functions including the overall employee life cycle (i.e. onboarding, exiting, and employee relations). Responsibilities also include coordinating with the Benefits team, administering new and returning offer letters, and completing frequent audits of compensation data.  The Associate Director of Human Resources will work closely with our school leaders and headquarters staff and will report to the Director of Human Resources.
