Exercise helps reduce stress but so does building community. Walking and running together is a great way to build community. If you’re an early riser and want support to build or reach your exercise goals, give it a try. We know it’s early but it’s a great way to start and ease into your day.

FYI, if there’s interest we can also try an evening group but need a few group leaders.
