For many years, Sharon Hughes Gautier was a tireless advocate for and supporter of the Historic Anacostia and Ward 8 community. She was a special light and her loss is being felt deeply and profoundly by those who knew and loved her. Please keep her husband Duane, family, and many friends in your thoughts. 

Per Sharon's wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
