On August 30, 2022, under the leadership of the Retirees for Accountability, a member of The East of the River Public Safety Consortium, a group of community-based leaders and entrepreneurs, a conglomerate of non-profit organizations located in Wards 7 & 8 in the District of Columbia, providing a variety of Anti-Violence programs, strategies, and services, and with the support of numerous friends, supporters, and community partners, with a grant from Building Blocks-DC, WTLS-Radio, Business Tech by SunZao, announces:
Our second Public Safety and Policing Candidate Forum to be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, Matthews Memorial Baptist Church, 2616 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, Washington, DC 20020, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Pastor, Dr. Joseph Turner.
Doors open at 5:30pm, with refreshments to held in Dr. John H. Kearney Fellowship Hall prior to the Forum.
