Wanted | Suspect in Northwest Armed Robbery

The Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a suspect in an armed robbery of a business in Northwest.

On Thursday, December 12, 2024, at approximately 6:55 p.m., multiple suspects, who were brandishing handguns, entered a business in the 1500 block of 9th Street, Northwest. The suspects restrained the employees, forced them into the bathroom, and locked the door. The suspects took merchandise and then fled the scene.

Anyone who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.  The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
